Last Chance to Register for the FBICRC Future Battery Industries Event!
Global demand for batteries is expected to grow nine-fold by 2030. In response to this data, The Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre (FBICRC) is investing in several projects to aid Australia in keeping up with the growing demand, whilst maintaining its position as one of the global leaders in mining battery minerals. From mining to recycling, these projects are designed to help attract investment and deliver growth and jobs to help support Australia’s economic recovery. As an opportunity to become up to date with the latest news, FBICRC would like to extend an invitation to all interested parties to attend a free face-to-face event in Melbourne on the 21st of June.
This event, hosted between the hours of 3-6 pm AEDT will firstly cover updates on the progress of FBICRC and an economic assessment by Accenture; seen as one of the most prospectus opportunities for Australia to expand its presence across the battery value chain. Proceeding this update is a facilitated roundtable discussion where leaders from both research and government/industry will share their views on local opportunities and capability to capitalise on strong demand for batteries in a rapidly decarbonising world. (Opportunities for questions will be given after each section).
